Flights
In order to certify your connection to our service, you must provide evidence of how this information is displayed on your website.
The evidence must be submitted as a PDF file with screenshots clearly labeled with their corresponding item numbers. Links to your website are not valid for this process. Reports can be submitted in the same PDF or as attachments. If any of these requests do not apply, please report them and document them.
The certification will be divided into two stages, with a maximum difference of 30 days between them.

Below is the detail of the characteristics to be validated:
Search
- Add the nationality “site=” and number of the adult guests “&adults=”
- It is mandatory to verify the number of minors and children sent according to their age range.
“&children=” - ages between 2 and 11 years old
- Refers to the number of children on the flight, and must be filled in with a total of 9 passengers, including adults, children, and infants. “&infants=” - ages between 0 and 23 months
- This field refers to the number of infants on the flight, and must be filled in with a number equal to or less than the number of adults, totaling 9 passengers, including adults, children, and infants.
- It is mandatory to search by the IATA code of the airport or city, containing three alphabetical digits. (ex. LAX)
- Search with only “&departure_date=” for one-way trips or add both departure date and “&return_date=” (ex., 2025-12-13)
- Indicate if any of the following optional fields will be used in the search request: offset, limit, group_by, order_by, total_price_ascending, total_price_range, stops, airlines, alliances, outbound_time_range, inbound_time_range, unique_airline, unique_outbound_airport, outbound_duration_range, inbound_duration_range, outbound_airports, inbound_airports, outbound_arrival_time_range
Payment
This service is used to obtain payment methods, amounts, and discounts associated with the previously executed prebook.
The only valid payment ID is the one generated during the last execution of the service. For example, if this service was executed three times, only the ID obtained in the third (last) execution is valid.
Prebook
In the prebook request, along with the “choice_id”, add at least one of the following parameters:
- EXCHANGE_POLICIES: Used to return information about exchange policies.
- IMPORTANT_DATA: Used to return information about requirements (vaccines, documentation, etc.) according to routes and destinations.
- HINTS: Used to return specifications about required fields and formats for billing data.
Book
Finally, we will ask you for a list of the reservations mentioned above to verify if the previous requests have been correctly fulfilled. Please send the booking logs and send us the logs so we can double-check.
Here is the list of reservations you need to execute for the test:
- 1 Adult (One-way with stopovers)
- 1 Adult and 1 Child (Round-trip with SkyTeam)
- 2 Adults, 1 Child, and 1 Infant (One-way between 7 a.m. and 8 a.m.)
- 3 Adults, 3 Children, and 3 Infants (Round-trip with the same airport)
Bookings for certification should be done in the Sandbox Environment.
Stage 2
Delivery 30 days after Stage 1 Certification – NO EXCEPTIONS
